Since 1949 the law firm of Schwartz & Schwartz has provided
balanced and practical legal representation to its
clients. In our ever changing and often complex world,

Saul Schwartz
Saul Schwartz has been practicing law since 1949 at that
time he
established the firm and to this day continues to be its driving
force. With a multi-faceted practice, Saul brings wisdom and
years of practical experience to each client and
situation. As a life member of the Law Society of
Upper Canada, he continues in a full-time practice
providing wealth management & investment advice, as well
as advice in corporate commercial
transactions and estate planning .

Jeffrey J. Schwartz
Jeffrey Schwartz joined the firm in 1982. An active
and respected lawyer, he often lectures at a variety of
legal conferences and he teaches at the Ontario Bar
Admission Course. In 2001 he received his Masters of Law
with specialty in real property. Jeffrey currently serves as chair of the Real Property Section of the Ontario Bar Association. His practice is focused
on real estate, mortgage finance and enforcement.

Lawrence B. Goldapple
Larry Goldapple has been practicing law since 1977
and joined the firm in 1997. He is Counsel to the firm
and represents clients at all court levels in a variety
of litigation areas, including, personal injury, real
estate, estate and family law matters.

Greg D. Sanders
Greg Sanders has been practicing business and real estate law since 1987. Greg has provided ongoing legal advice and services to one of Canada’s largest shopping centre developers as well as to home builders and other real estate organizations. Greg has been involved in a substantial amount of real estate development work as well as acting on many acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint venture transactions of commercial real estate and residential real estate. Greg has also represented business organizations of all sizes ( including a number of public companies) on purchases, sales, financings, franchising, many types of contract preparation, incorporations, shareholder and partnership agreements, management of litigation and shareholder disputes and many other matters.

Our Staff
Diana Fiore-Scaliri has been with our firm since November/2002.
She obtained her Law Clerks Certificate from The Institute
of Law Clerks of Ontario in 1992, but had commenced her
career in 1991. Diana specializes in the field of
residential real estate, including mortgage refinancing, but
also has experience in other fields of law. Diana brings a
vast amount of experience in the areas of Condominium real
estate and mortgage re-financing.

Ivy Li has been working as a Law Clerk since 2004. Graduated from the Law Clerk program at Centennial College. Her skill sets and experience include real estate transactions and mortgage finance. She has been with the firm since May/07.

Rose Anne Soylugil has been working in the legal
field since 1984 in various fields of law and joined the
firm in September, 2005. She is a Legal Assistant to Saul
Schwartz specializing in the real estate and estate fields.
Rose is also an Assistant to Lawrence B. Goldapple
specializing in the Litigation Areas including Personal
Injury, Real Estate, Estate, and Family Law Fields.
